Eponox Suggested Use
Training Days: Take 2 tablets, 3 times a day spaced evenly throughout the day (morning, noon and early evening) with 1 of those servings being taken approximately 30 minutes before training.
Non-Training Days: Take 3 tablets, 3 times a day spaced evenly throughout the day (morning, noon and early evening). For best results take on an empty stomach (approx. 30 mins before meals or 1 hour after meals).
