Sci-Fit Ribose 2G (2nd Generation) is a powerful precisely formulated cocktail of three popular and effective energy (ATP) enhancers during and after exercise.
Creatine Monohydrate is a non-protein amino acid that may have an energy generating action during anaerobic exercise. Creatine, Creatine Kinase, and phosphocreatine make up an intricate cellular energy buffering and transport system connecting the sites of energy production with the sites of energy consumption. During periods of intense exercise and skeletal muscle contraction, energy generation in the cells switches from oxidative phosporylation to anaerobic glycolysis. The amount of energy generated by glycolysis is limited by levels of phosphocreatine, therefore supplemental creatine may increase phosphocreatine levels in skeletal muscle tissue and increase energy available to the muscles during maximal exercise.
