Recovery Stack is a precise formulation of the lean tissue preserving amino acids L-Glutamine, HMB, the BCAA’s, and N-Acetyl Cysteine in combination with the Cortisol suppressing action of Phosphatidylserine, Vitamin C, and Acetyl L-Carnitine.  L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in skeletal muscle tissue while the BCAA’s comprise over one third of the amino acids stored in muscle tissue. It is essential to keep blood levels of these aminos at the proper levels during and following training to diminish the amounts which are released from the muscle tissue.
