Ingredients
MesoPro (Whey Protein Concentrate, Specially Filtered And New Ion-Exchanged Whey

Directions
Add contents of one packet to 12oz. of cold water or skim milk and stir with a spoon
or mix with a blender or shaker for 30 seconds and consume. For best results, add
contents of Meso-Tech package to liquid while blending. These Steps will insure
