Nitro-E8 Suggested Use
Training Days-Now it is important to divide you dosages in two dosages per day on these days on an empty stomach. Take 50% of your total dose (above) in the pre-workout period (within 30 to 45 minutes before your workout and then the other 50% of your total dose post-workout. So for our 220 lbs. athlete above, 10 tablets should be consumed on an empty stomach within 30 to 45 minutes of the workout. The other 10 tablets can be consumed immediately post-workout.
Non-Training Days-The best recommendation is to avoid taking it on the days you don’t train and double up or increase dosage during the time it matters most – immediately after your workout. Otherwise, take half of the daily recommended dosage in the morning upon waking and take the other half before going to bed.
