Metabolic Pump Suggested Use
Gently shake or stir 1 slightly heaped scoop (7.5 g) in 6-8 fl oz of cold water. Swirl in glass or shaker before each drink. Take 1 serving 20-30 minutes prior to workout. An additional 1-2 servings is recommended throughout the day, 30 minutes prior to a meal.
