Berry High™ is a completely natural combination of fruit and berry powders rich in antioxidant flavonoids such as ellagic acid, anthocyanins and other polyphenols. Most of the berries in Berry High™ are freeze-dried to optimize their antioxidant activity. Flavonoids and other polyphenols help protect against the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.

Anthocyanins, as found in blueberries, impart bright colors to fruits and berries and are biologically important substances known to protect vision, capillary strength and circulation. Red raspberries, strawberries, pomegranates, and cranberries contain ellagic acid in the form of ellagitannins, which are part of the family of phenolic antioxidant compounds that protect normal cell development.
