That's the absolute worst way to lose weight, as it brings your metabolism to a screeching halt. Typically then, any weight loss is usually water weight. Make no mistake, water loss is not the same thing as bodyfat reduction. Only the loss of bodyfat will dramatically change your physical appearance. Plme, once you stop using ephedrine, you run the risk of quickly returning back to your original bodyweight.
