Important Instructions

- Drink 2 full glasses of red grape or fruit juice within 1 hour after every workout to optimize insulin activity.
- Consume 1-2 grams (1000-2000mg) of BCAA's after every workout.
- Take 10-20 grams of creaine daily.
- Consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily. Train heavy and get plenty of rest.
- Take L-Glutamine after training and before bed.

Suggested Use:
Be sure to follow "important instructions" on orange panel before using this product. take 3 capsules daily. On training days: take 3 capsules 1/2 hour before training. Non-training days: take 3 capsules with lunch. Important: Use 4 weeks on, 1 week off, for a total of 8 weeks (2 bottles).
