Sambu Guard, 6oz Directions:
Adult Dose: (13+ years) One tablespoon (15 ml) of SambuGuard two to four times daily.

Child Dose: (6–12 years) Half tablespoon (7. 5 ml) of SambuGuard two to four times daily.

Child Dose: (2–6 years)One teaspoon (5 ml) two to four times daily.

For an energizing tea, dilute one tablespoon of SambuGuard in one cup of warm water and sip.
