SesaLean is a precision blend of three of the most metabolically beneficial fat sources around (MCT’s, Diacylglyceride, and Lecithin) combined into one convenient product, and topped off with the wildly popular fat loss lignan, SesaThin™. Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) significantly decrease bodyfat accumulation, IN HUMANS, at daily dosing as low as 1.7g per day). The mechanism is an increase in fatty acid oxidation versus storage, which results in an increase in energy expenditure. And, to top it off, they have been found to lower cholesterol.

Diacylglyceride (DAG) is a lipid which has two fatty acid chains attached to glycerol instead of three, as triglycerides do. Its metabolic activity resembles that of MCT’s, but may go a step further. Not only does it decrease bodyfat accumulation and lipogenic gene expression in humans, but it also increases lipolytic and oxidative gene expression, which resembles the PPAR-alpha activation found in fish oil and SesaThin™.

Lecithin is often referred to as a “superfood”, and for good reason. Lecithin also shows remarkable similarity with fish oils, in regard to the prevention of bodyfat accumulation and elevated triglyceride levels). And, the phosphatides found in lecithin have positive effects on brain function.

SesaThin™ has been called a "Super fish-oil" and "The creatine of fat loss". It is a miraculous lignan from sesame seeds which potently increases the oxidation of fatty acids, decreases the formation and storage of fats, and is just a magnificent all around promoter of superior health, improving markers of Metabolic Sybdrome X, and acting as an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory.

Vitamin E is added to help preserve freshness and provide stability during cooking. But, we did not simply add a marginal dose, it is present in quantities typically used for anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory purposes.

Recommended Use:
Put SesaLean in a protein shake, replace your normal oil with SesaLean for cooking and baking, and "spice up" condiments and fat free dressings. General recommendation is 2-3 tablespoons per day. Those on lower carbohydrate diets would benefit from 3-5 tablespoons per day.
