H.E.A.T. stands for Hordenine, Evodiamine, Alpha-yohimbine, and Tyramine. And, in the right combination, they are far, far more than a clever acronym. While its ancestors, with their focus on only norepinephrine, did wonders for appetite suppression, they were modest thermogenics, at best. Directions:
Take 1-3 capsules, on an empty stomach, up to 3 times per day. Always start with lowest dosing, to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 3 caps at once time or 9 caps per day. To avoid sleep disturbances, do not take after 4:00 P.M. Do not mix with ephedra or other stimulants.
