Default Have you all discovered greek yogurt?

I recently discovered greek yogurt and now I wonder how I never knew about this stuff. Amazing... good protein source before bed too (Casein-sp?) low carb and no fat... where's the downside? Someone ruin this for me.

You can get plain and add a little honey although the sugar from the flavored ones (with real fruit) isnt too bad.

F.A.G.E. & Oikos

Not cheap but damn good.

lol nice

But seriously, the protein content is like 2x regular yogurt and it has less lactose.

Agreed. I second that. Cottage cheese can easily get disgusting if you eat it too much, and ON Casein is the best lowcarb protein I have ever tasted.

I worked with a greek guy (was actually from greece, didn't speak english very well) and greek yogurt is closer to our sour cream than our yogurt... just some thought... still a good protein source Mr. Squirrel. PLEASE don't beat me up...

mmmm, sour cream & cottage cheese....

I'm lactose intolerant and the stuff doesn't bother me, it's my best option besides cassein powder.
