Food is 10 times more anabolic than any AAS, clean diet with lots of protein. Try deer/venison or bison. Those are get ya big meats The 5x5 program not only helps out with strength but has shown alot with growing big too. |

it's more than likely a technique thing or diet. lack of sleep???
then again everyone is dif and some peoples cns are wired for extreme strength and some are not. Strength doesn't come just from muscle mass, it has ALOT to do with nerves and cns function too.

I am on my colleges meal plan, it's not that good but served through the courtesy of the office of financial aid so I'm not complaining
![]() I am reluctant in eating more than I am eating now so that I wouldn't be getting fat mass. It is a bitch to balance weight. I will be trying heavy weights w/ less reps and will hit you back with the results in couple weeks. |
