DAy 1

I applied my first few squirts of formestane to my upper chest and the squirts of suppress on my abdomen and low back. I took my 3 caps of PCT Assist 1 hour prior to a fairly good chest and back workout. I got the 120s for 7 on incline db press which is a new pr for me. The other lifts went well, although I've had a slight shoulder issue that I am taking care of so I had to take it a little easy on inc bb bench.

My goals:
-Gain/maintain lean muscle mass -Noted by the week
-Reduce bodyfat- too soon to note
-Increase Libido- nothing as of the first night
-Increase Vascularity- nothing to note yet
-Increase strength- hit a new pr on the first day, if I hit 255 on bb military I will be investing in stock of these 3 products
