right, big pharma wasn't messing with td's and injection wasn't a good option for women with breast cancer so formestane was abandoned as a cancer treatment. of course injection is the best way for formestane, but td has proven to be effective as a delivery system. i believe it is formestane acetate or some such shiit that is injectable, the stuff you buy in bulk isn't safe.

Lentaron Depot was made with Formestane Acetate, but there are other preparations to be found.

Here is an interesting post by DR. D back in '05 on AM:

"If you have clean, irradiated powder, just make an aqueous suspension using 0.5% chorobutanol as an anti-septic and 0.1% lidocaine HCl as the painkiller, if you have some, but in oil, dissolve in BA and syringe filter w/ a 0.2mic into pre-filtered oil. Castor if possible. Either works well, but trans sucks! Formestane is not soluble in anything I want to put all over my body. I could get <1% solubility in absolute ethanol, that's it! "

haha, it's no secret D isn't a fan of td delivery, lol. but he was advocating oral use at a gram a day. after much discussion we finally convinced him of effectiveness of td delivery, but for his purposes-clinical trials he still didn't like the td delivery. main reason was inacuracy of doses, at least that is what he said.

Interestingly enough. I was looking at possibly adding Test Base and Formestane to a TD Carrier (still might for a friend). This could be fun, but I am just going to pin instead.
