It is very important that people under that age of 21 stick to a clean diet, intense workout schedule, and high protein intake for increasing muscle mass and performance. There may be serious and irreversible health risks associated with people under the age of 21 using other supplements, especially ones that affect hormone levels. We welcome those under the age of 21 to seek advice on how to lift, what to eat, etc. However, please do not seek advice on using supplements intended for adults.
