I had to let everyone know. My personal best for a 1RM on the bench was 385. I did that powerlifting competition in May and only pushed 355. It was my first meet and I missed my second attempt so let's just say it was inexperience. I went to the gym this morning and I felt good, so I figured I check my max. I was able to push 390.:) I brought it down paused long enough for someone to give you the press call and pushed it up. I didn't even struggle that bad. I tried 395, but in order to press it all the way I had to bridge so I can't count it. But anyway I had to tell somebody.

awesome man....wish i could be that close to 400 on bench.......just keep working hard man it keep coming....my younger brother got 485 1.5x last weekend and locked out one arm on 500 (no bench suit either)...he had been stuck at 450 for the better part of 2 years.....he started taking supplements for the first time about 3 months ago...(protein and N0-Shotgun)...oh and his stats are 5'9" 190
