Hey all,
So I been working pretty hard over the last couple months recovering from the last PH cycle. I have made some great gains but with those gains and my Endo frame I brought alot of BF with it. So now Im all about cutting. I initially can loose the bulk of weight rather quickly but trying get it below 15% is hard and anything beyond that well I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
I guess now I have to get my self a strict mean plan and wanna stay right at 2000 calories. My BMR calculations are showing a nutritional breakdown as follows for the day:
Protein 240g
Fat 38g
Carbs 175g
My current stats:
Age: 28
Height: 6'1
Weight: 238
My goal- Drastically reduce bodyfat while maintaining current muscle comp.:rolleyes:
Supplements:
Fish Oil Caps
One a Day Vitamin
Vitamin C 1000mg
Vitamin E 200 IU
B-Complex
Green Tea
Xenedrine EFX
Excersise:
Cardio 5 days a week. 15 mintues a day.
Strength Training 4 Days a week 45min-1hr.
Can you guys help me with a diet plan accroding to my specs and goals?:p I would appreciate it! (By the way, I can't man up and eat veggies. So I take vitamins. I know its not the same but what can I do.)
