WHAT IS GOOD TO TAKE ON YOUR OFF CYCLE SO YOU DONT GO FOR THE SO CALLED ROLLERCOASTER RIDE WHEN YOU STOP YOUR CYCLE. IVE BEEN TAKING TRIBULUS TESTRIS DURING MY CYCLES AND TRIBULUS + 6 OXO ON MY OFF CYCLE IS THIS THE BEST THING?

WHY trib during cycle? That will waste your money. The 6OXO could be taken on cycle to clear estrogen. The trib will not keep you from shutting down - it actually will probably be overpowered by the hormones you are taking in. You can even take Aromadex by VPX off cycle.

Are you talking a PH cycle or something more like an injectable cycle, etc....? For the latter, I would question your choices as well.

WELL I WAS TAKING BOLDIONE FOR THE LONGEST TIME WITH SAME TIME OFF AS ON. THEN MOVED INTO THE METHL PH'S AND HAVE BEGAN TO FEEL A SWELLING IN MY RIGHT OBLIQUE. THAT IS WHY I WAS ASKING ABOUT THOSE PRODUCTS. I WENT TO MEDICAL AND HAD AN X-RAY DONE ON MY ABDOMEN SHOWING A BUILD UP OF FECIES. THE DOC SAID "EAT PRUNES" BUT I STILL FELT IT MIGHT BE FROM THE PH'S ALTHOUGH I DONT KNOW WHY IT WOULD BE FROM THE BUILD UP ONLY BECAUSE I CYCLE SMARTLY, ANY INSIGHT WOULD HELP.

I really apologize for not seeing this post earlier. Chris here is an example of why you may want to change the PH section to the Steroid section in a couple weeks - the posts are kind of inter-mingling already.

JONSON, I am going to begin with a simple question - did you speak with your physician about your PH use or was this left out of your interactions?

Abdominal pain represents one of the most common complaints for which patients come and seek medical attention you realize - so without a proper exam, I cannot offer you much. However, answer and try a few things for me:

(1) Lie on your back, place your right hand up into and preferably beneath your rib cage on the right side. Take a deep breath in. Do you feel pain? Do you feel any masses? If the answer to either is yes, revisit your doctor immediately!

(2) If your MD went about things properly, RUQ pain is first looked at through an ultrasound. This is the test of choice and I am going to assume what in fact was done. Considering this, I am likely going to say that he may not have seen inflammation in your liver, but this does NOT mean you are out of the water. If he/she did NOT check your LFT's (please see thread on LIVER SYMPTOMS), then I cannot answer further questions and must say - revisit your doctor immediately to have them done!

(3) If the pain is in fact fecal build up - I first would want to evaluate your typical diet. "Eat Prunes" is the only treatment plan you walked away with? I am not content with that. Do you defecate regularly? (while the last question may not be something you are willing to share in this manner, it is something you should consider if not only to yourself)

(4) Stay away from PHs or anything until you are sure that you are completely healthy and that the two are in no way related. Additionally, I would probably only reconsider their use when all the aforementioned things are complete. While I understand this may be a rough decision b/c while "on" I am assuming you feel great, but sometimes life gets in the way of our get huge and look great doing it goals.

I can tell you that I am unaware of a relation to fecal build-up caused by PHs nor have I seen it in practice. That statement is not to be read as the two can not be related only that I have not seen it.

Please, Let me know how things go.

Johnson,

I'd love to say that you don't have to go to the doctor. Unfortunately, in my position, I fee that would be an unwise decision. I am very uneasy with you saying that you had pain in that location after what I told you to do. If you go to your doc, please discuss the PHs. If your doc still sends you on your way, seek a second opinion - which may include a syvilian doc. Minimally, get those LFT values!

Certainly looking anxiously to this post. Keep me informed.
