ok im planning on working out in the morn like around 4:30-5:00 i start work at bout 7:30 is there any pros or cons about working out this early? because my gf works at bout the tim ei get home from work and i aint got anyones to watch the kids so i cant go to the gym so is there anything good or bad bout working out that early here is my current stack and hole will i take it ?

SMASH
Trenadrol
M-drol starting at week 2
elite whey
how will i dose it? i was gonna just take my SMASH when i wake up do cardio for bout 5-10min and then do weights and then when i get home take some elite whey and one tab of tren and do a tren like around 4 in the afternoon.
and then when i start my m-drol i will take it both at the same time as my tren, and some creatine be4 and after workouts is that cool?

I always go off creatine when im on PH. I am taking tren now also , i get up and go work out at 4:30am . I take 1 right when i wake up and 1 around 3 or4.

take smash 30-40min pre workout and dont use it on off days. its debatable to use or not durring a ph, maybe just the first 2 weeks of the cycle use it then quit and use it again 2 weeks into PCT.
working out in the morning has a lot of benefits and is how most prefer it. the only thing is make sure your eating an hour before working out. dont do it on an empty stomach-thats catabolic! even if its a whey shake and orange juice. get something in!

Yeah ,that sounds good. I just try to stop the pre workouts for BP reasons and then when i start pct its a nice little boost

Im pretty sure he was talking about pre-workout Brent. I would suggest Oatmeal and a protein shake 1 hour before training.

my old lifting partner gets up that early and lifts before work,, i personally dont like it but u gotta do what you gotta do to get your work out in im sure you can get used to it that way, he did and still trains before work...

I'm up at 4, in the gym at 5. I'm fresh mentally and physically and my metabolism is amped all day long afterwards! I say GO FOR IT! :)
Yeah, make sure you slam some protein and a nice 'slow burnin' carb like some oatmeal for the haul.
