one of the best ways of training in my opinion. it is a HIT style of training.

Could one of u ppl post a sample of like a DC routine for each body parts (include reps, sets ect) thanks. (u really should cut down that DC post)

On your DC log u used the same weight for 8-1 reps. Surely u can't be putting your all in that?

you only rest about 20 seconds between sets. you put your 8 rep max on the bar. do it 8 times then rest about 10-15 breaths and do it again as many times as you can. i guarantee you cant do it 8 times again. if you can you arent doing enough wait. you should get about half of what you got the time before everytime.

i liked DC i think your muscles look alot fuller when you do it. It shocks your muscles and then when i went back to normal training you really SHOCK your muscles... Give it a try

What is meant by 'rest pause'?
A very short rest period. 15-20 seconds...just enough to gather your thoughts, keep any unchuck down and readjust your grip.

i find that DC is best during pre-contest training, forces you to keep intensity up while calories are loooow

Squats: after doing ur sets u use a weight that u can complete 20 or so reps non stop with.

These training modalities have actually been around for years and it is research studies that prompted the "dogcrap" style. DC is more of a complete program rather than introductory method (if that makes sense).
By holding short rest periods, you are actually forcing DECREASED "intensity" on subseuent sets. I would categorize the lifting part of this as something other than HIT for sure.
The extreme stretching is unique, but I don't think as imperative as people make it to the modality at all.
