well ill try and keep this short and simple...basically im coming off a cut and am going into a clean bulk so im slowly adding carbs back to my diet...lunch is the only meal im havin trouble adjusting since i have to pack the meal...i usually have things like fruits and oats and brown rice for my carbs but other than fruit the others arent too portable(i dont like the cold brown rice wen i pack it)...i figure whole wheat bread sandwhiches are a good choice, but wats somethin i can switch that up with occasionally? thnx
