LEGS! WHERES THE LEGS? it seems like your wanting to follow a push/pull routine. i would add in a quad and ham day also. and are you resting between each workout?

my leg day is today im just posting after i do the workout.

monday/thursday upper body
tuesday/friday lowerbody.

im a day or so off the schedule but that the basic idea.
