lol i didnt understand the girl freak part but whatever. my training partner has the same exact problem and he wouldnt listen to me about. instead he just opted to quit leg curls! my solution is to stretch more, more, more. cant do it enough. in the morning, before/post workout, and before bed. i used to get leg cramps back there too, its just a muscle that most are not used to isolating. stretch and get the the point where you can hug your legs bending over-stiff leg too.

also make sure your doing the machine correctly, dont be jerky with it, be controlled and squeez the muscle at the top. hope that helps

girlfriend** i was too busy rubbing my calf! im thinking the leg curl thing was just because that certain day i didnt drink enough water.. but this morning i have no idea what the deal was?? i remember back in middle and high school when i was a swimmer i would get them at night too.. but i dont remember what it was i did for it to stop?? maybe dinoii can add in with something i could add to my diet :D RING RING Hello hello dinoii you there?

I used to get these all the time, ad I mean every time i did leg curls. My solution was not very simple though, as it involved many changes to the way i did things. More stretching, which i need to pick up on, more water, and many many many more reps to build up that muscle endurance. At first the more reps was an issue, but week after week, as i felt them start to cramp, i would slow it down wait until that sensation was over. i can luckily say that i have not had charlie horse in over 4 months. 20 reps per set is a good place to start, and do single leg.

ya thats another good idea-more reps, less weight. i dont think theres much you can just add to your diet to make it stop other than more potassium and watch your salt intake.
