Ok guys im about to start a new training/diet regimen and I want to know what you guys think. My diet plan is attached as a word doc.

In order to better understand my diet, my split (double-split training) is as follows:

Low Volume:
1: Chest/Back AM, Forearms/Calves/Abs PM
2: Shoulders/Traps AM, Tris/Bis PM
3: Quads AM, Hamstrings/Calves/Abs PM
4: Cardio/off
High Volume:
5: Chest/Back AM, Forearms/Calves/Abs PM
6: Shoulders/Traps AM, Tris/Bis PM
7: Quads AM, Hamstrings/Calves/Abs PM
8: Cardio/off

etc.

Thanks in advance!

How much do you weight? Whats your bf%? My first impression is that you seem to be at really low levels of calories for some days.

...you seem to be at really low levels of calories for some days.

Agree when it reads 1400 calories. That doesn't even cover a BMR - so I am hoping it was an off-day minimally from the gym...lol.

Agree that the body comp stats would aid assessment of macronutrient tallys a bit better. You are doing a diet a little high in carbs for some endos, but having the body comp stats would satisfy both mine and Wedge's craving for sure.

Quick Notes:

I was actually on-board for the most part on the first couple of days though I am NOT really a fan of the fat tallies at 20% as I don't think this number offers adequate androgen substrate...but I was still ok with the numbers overall.

I am not really all that familiar with Probolic unfortunately (what kind of protein is that?).

My mistake,

stats are 5'3" 135 lbs about 14% bf i'm guessing.

I would classify myself as endomorphic, so perhaps I should drop the carb tally (I dont know by how much) and raise the fat tally (again I dont know). Perhaps I need to find a new source of healthy fats, and thus, calories, besides almonds. Or maybe i should add dressing/cheese to my salads/sandwiches. My concern is that I don't believe my body processes fats very well, and I don't know which dressings/cheeses are actually considered remotely healthy (i.e. ranch vs. thousand island).

Oh, and Probolic is soy, whey, and casein that supposedly stays in your system for 12 hours, hence I might (provided the soy component isn't significantly estrogenic) take it at night.

For those tallies, I usually go with 40P-40C-20F on days where I appreciate the higher carbs (leg days, back days definitely). I'd keep the protein between 40-50% and maybe have a few days of higher fat intakes
