Other than lat pulldowns I dont know many lat exercises. Could some of you guys help me out and post out which lat exercises are used for width and which ones are used for thickness? thanks

Chin-ups: Width
Pulldowns: Width
Pullovers: Width
Seated Rows: Thickness
Barbell Rows: Thickness & Width

My average back workout lately has been:
3 sets of deadlifts
3 sets of pullups
3 sets of close grip pulldowns
3 sets of lever or barbell rows

you lie down on a bench, cross ways to make a T form. your rhomboids are only touching the bench. keep your arms straight and hold a DB, moving it over your head and down behind you towards the ground and back up above your head. best way to describe it without pictures.
what works for me is HEAVY deads and T-bar rows and pull downs with a burn and issolation rather than a heavy swaying motion.

AMEN to that,.......... a workout consisting solely of assisted thru weighted puts me out of comission for a day!!!!!

Bentover Barbell rows, overhand/underhand grips or use dumbbells
one-arm rows
seated cable rows, again varied grips, varied bars
rope rows
low rows
high rows
pullups
chinups
lat pulldowns, varied grips, varied bars
deadlifts/rack deadlifts
rack chins
cleans

how far are you supposed to bend over for bb rows? in terms of degrees, what is considered to be the maximum? sorry if i'm hijacking.

More than 45% but less than 90%. Im not really sure about the actual % i prefer, but my guess what be 75%.
