I would like to focus on my upper chest alot this summer, because its lacking in size compared to the lower and middle parts. I think this is due to me training with flat bench motions. so i was thinking of doing this for this summer.
incline dumbell press
Butterflys
dips
I have no idea what i should do for reps and sets so if someone could help me out here that would be great. Right now im bench pressing 215. So if you could give me an idea of what weights i should be using during these workouts that would be greatly appreciated as well. Also do y'all think i should add or change any workouts for so that i could obtain my goals?
