Yeah I remember u UNCfan. Hopefully "IF" I can keep my eating habits in check and get to the gym regularly I will do well. I was pushing 200 lbs. when I posted here over a year ago. Now a I am down to a lean 165. Im lovin the lighter frame when I run it's not as brutal on my knees lol. But I am sure that once I get back into the Marine Corps and am hitting the gym like I used to (twice a day) then Ill put on a quick 10 lbs. or so. Ive also got a 90 bottle of SD and a 90 or 60 bottle of PP. So as far as PH I am set for awhile. On my current SD cycle I am only taking one cap per day and am not getting back pump too bad. Every once in awhile I do, but not like before when I ramped up. Im good at 1/day. well Ill get off for now. Thanks for all the support guys ill be on soon.

JS4L,
What's up with the rebirth/retirement of the old name?
lol :D
Nonetheless, perhaps you can get some more military men checking in here with DA. Will see if there's a way to get some stuff sent you guys' way from the MAN end when you have an established area for mail.
Good to see you again...unfortunately under these terms to draw you back (judging solely by your opening post on what would appear not desiring to go). I can only appreciate in a very second-hand kind of way, however, I have never myself been in any military branch.
Good Luck to you for sure. Keep us updated and don't remain a stranger so long the next time despite your status.

Thanks for the warm welcome back guys. JS4L is not retired just couldnt remember my login info. I havent been back in a while been busy with moving back to texas, getting married, and now going back into the Corps. I have been on Atkins for about 3 months and just working out with my own bodyweight (i.e.-push-ups, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, abs). Im doing well with the change of eating habits and working w/ bodyweight. I tore my left rotator cuff about a year ago and it still acts up every once in a while. Im down to a slim 165 from almost 200 since i was last here. But doing well. The new user name derives from my wifes middle name and from JS4L (Omega + Steel). I am going to get really involved with the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program and maybe I can get into MMA when I get out of the Corps. But anyways im done for now gotta go watch IFL and clean dishes LOL! Later guys
