I have been on the Atkin's diet for about 3 months and I have lost about 15 lbs. My BF is probably between 7-9% just from Atkin's. I do alot of pull-ups, push-ups, crunches, and some running. It is rather expensive to eat healthy, but I can't believe it's making this big of a difference. I have also went from a 36" waist to a 30" waist. Most of the fat loss is from diet alone. I am also running SD and am working on core strength. I have to admit it's great.

hey welcome to the forum! thats awsome your getting results like that. while on SD though the atkins diet wont be all that great, infact many dislike the atkins diet in the bodybuilding world of diets. esp. for an extended period of time. i think going back to a normal well rounded diet for your cycle would actually be better and you will actually see more muscle gained and proly no more fat than otherwise. good luck with whatever you continue to do!
