Hey everyone, I am starting my first cycle in a looong time. I start my cycle tommarow. I am running PV, and MV for 7 weeks bridging them. I will update my log daily and will post starting and ending pics. I will set it up like this:

weeks: 1 30mg PV
2 30mg PV
3 30mg PV
4 30mg PV / 20mg MV
5 20mg MV
6 20mg MV
7 20mg MV (might cut this week short if sides become too bad)

Supporting supps: milk thistle, hawthorne berry, coQ10, multi, fish oils

PCT: i will post my plan of this later, but i can assure you guys i have done me research and am prepared.

My diet will be bulking all clean calories: 4800cals/530carbs/450pro/100fat

Stats: 6' 200lbs, %9 bf.
(cold and flexed)
Chest: 46"
Arms: 17"
Forearms:13.5"
Thighs: 26"
Calves: 15.5" (tiny)
Waist: 33"

Goals: looking to put on 20lbs of lean muscle, befor i start cutting in august for my next competition.

Cycle history: One cycle of Superdrol over a year ago, and M1T over two years ago.

Training: strictly for size, i am never too concerned with how much weight i can push.

Bench: 110lbs d-bells (i don't like b-bell)

planning on getting freaky huge! chest/forearms workout tommarow, i will post my daily workouts, weight, diet, sides, and how i am feeling each day. I am planning on putting up my measurements every week too.

I would taper a bit, maybe you are though, and it may be a week too long as you noted-wait and see as you said.

Only comment is I could never to legs after back day with all the low back work I do. Not sure where that fits into your plans, but good core strength will lead to moving bigger weights which will lead to mass. Just a thought.

Agreed with Sonny on the training.
I can get a good leg workout after a back day, but i can't do any kind of squats, due to soreness.

Good luck, actually it has nothing to do with luck... train hard, eat right, dedicate and commit!

By the way.. I did the same stack, but a shorter cycle last year and didn't have much sides except for the back pumps, but there weren't bad either, one thing for sure... I love SD in your case MV, a clone. Should give you great results.

just took my first cap of pher-vol this morning and am off to train a few clients and then workout. I will post my workout and everything tonight. I have never had any problems with having back and legs in consecutive days, if i have problems i will definetly change it up. thanks for the advice guys.

this meal plan i will stick to throughout my cycle, and PCT. unless i am not gaining enough weight i won't stray from this:

6am: 2 scoops protein, 2 cups oats, 2 tbsp natty pb, 2 cups skim milk

8am: Pure Protein bar

10am: cytosport cytogainer (post workout)

11:30am: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 3 slices multigrain toast

2pm: 1 chicken breast, 2 cups yams

Strength: it was up pretty good today, looking forward to really improving my delts.

Sides: been pretty tired the past two days. I get up at 4am train clients from 5am to 9am workout until 10am or 11am, go home eat a few times, take a nap. Then i'm back to train more clients from 4pm to 7pm. It makes for a pretty long day, so i'm sure thats the reason.

misc: up 3lbs! LOVE IT! i feel much fuller and my skin feels tighter already, i can already feel really good things to come from this cycle!

Strength: all the weight today seemed very easy, i am not even a week into the cycle and i am already starting to see some nice improvements.

misc: weight gain has stalled at +3lbs but i can't expect much more then that, or i would be gaining some unwanted fat. I have already gotten a comment from my gf that i look bigger (havn't seen her since monday). i'm off this weekend but i will be posting if i start feeling any sides.

I absolutly wont drink on cycle, but what about during PCT? No i won't be getting smashed but just a few beers to celebrate, do you think this might do some harm and or hurt me from keeping the gains i will make during my cycle?

Strength: was very good, still not huge increases like i have felt on superdrol with my first cycle. But i still have that to look forward to.

Sides: i took everyones advice and seperated my back and leg day because i was starting to notice some pretty bad pumps already, and didn't want to aggrivate it anymore then i have to.

misc: i have been busy as hell, my PT has really taken off and some days i have more then 15 clients per day (1/2 hr sessions). But i am doing the best i can to pack on the pounds. Does anyone know when PV really starts to kick in? I was expecting a little more by now.

Misc: i'm down a pound today and its very irritating, i know that i shouldn't pay attention to the scale as much as I do but its hard not to. If anyone has some good tips on adding in more calories throughout the day let me know. Thanks for all the feedback guys.

Strength is up which is nice. Would not worry about #1 but I know what you mean. How about a pre-breakfast shake for extra cals? I (sometimes) have a shake right when I wake. Then I walk the dog, take a shower, etc by then I am hungry to eat. I got an extra 30-35g protein I would not have gotten, but of course you could add something to it for more cals. ?

I'm not going to post my workout from day 12 because i don't have my workout log infront of me.

Sides: had a horrible headache yesterday (didn't take anything for it due to my liver already under stress). today i have been very lethargic, almost fell asleep training clients.

misc: i have added an extra shake daily to get in a few hundered more calories and so far it seems to be paying off, I am up 5lbs with 2 weeks of PV and 4 weeks of MV to go!

strength: SUCKED... not sure why, diet was spot on, had plenty of sleep last night. The only reason i can think of is my new split, i am going to make some adjustments and i should be fine.

Sides: my blood pressure has definetly been up lately, i have been getting more headaches then usual aswell.

misc: frankly i havn't been impressed with PV yet, sure i am up 5lbs in 2 weeks but i just don't have that strong feeling like i do with a superdrol clone. I am just looking foward to next week when my MV bridge starts!

just thought i would update befor my workout. I jumped on the scale and came in at 206lbs this morning after i SSS. I am very happy with the mass gains, i am a 1/4" larger in almost every spot. I will post my back workout in a few hours!

Strength: squats didn't increase a whole bunch, but leg press jumped up and the lunges were easier than last week. Arms today.

Sides: lower back pumps after squats. Acne has seemed to dissapear on my shoulders too.

misc: only 3 more days of just PV and then its on to 1 week of Pv+MV then 3 weeks of just MV!

yeah i am very happy with the weight gains so far. and i still have 3 weeks on MV!! ZMA is a good idea i know when i used to take it, it would help me relax and get a much better nights sleep.

strength: well i think the MV has kicked in because i can feel the strength bursts like i did with my only cycle of superdrol. I didn't do squats today because its been about 8 weeks strait of sqauts and i need a break from them. Our gym just bought a hammer strength V-squat machine, so i will be trying that out next week.

sides: blood pressure still seems to be high, and so i keep getting head aches. i finally got a great night of sleep last night, i took a nice long shower read some of a book and BAM passed out, it was awesome.

misc: i have bi's and tri's today i am aiming to put my arms past 18" on this cycle, so its time to hit em' hard!

I am at 30mg a day of MV and wonder if 40mg would do much more for me. Or if i should not get greedy and be happy with the nice gains and no sides.

Methyl-Vol is pretty tame as far as sides go. IMO, just stick with what you have going. if at all possible try and score some WMS(if you don't already have some)

hey guys sorry about the updates, i came down with a nasty cold and have been pretty busy at work so i havn't had a chance to update.
I ended my cycle yesterday and am happy to say that no sides or even any signs of shutdown occured. I am into my pct and am slowly tapering my cals down to prep for my contest in early November (i am dieiting for 19 weeks). I am going to start a journal over in the bodybuilding headquarters section. And will post my pics there, so you can see the progress i have made off of my cycle and my on-going progress throughout the 19 weeks.

so here is my final conclusion for my cycle:

strength: Phera Vol is not the compoud for this, didn't see huge jumps until i threw in the methyl vol.

sides: little acne flared up at the begining, but thats it... very strange

size: i had good size gains (gained 15lbs), i havn't taken my post measurements but i can tell i have gained some good size.

I am very happy with this cycle, i am trying to line something out for my contest prep if anyone has any suggestions on what compounds would benefit me the most i would really appriciate it. Thanks guys!
