What is the healthiest oil to cook with

vegetable oil
canola oil
corn oil
natural oil (Ingredients: CANOLA OIL, SUNFLOWER OIL AND SOYBEAN OIL. PROCESSED FROM CANADIAN OIL.)
enova oil
extra virgin olive oil

that list is off the top of my head (except the natural oil is from crisco's website)

SAE 30 motor oil :)

im assuming the "natural oil", since the sunflower oil i believe is rich in EFAs. I'm hoping someone chimes in, as I'd like to be certain

its what I've been going with lately too, my mom has a giant expensive bottle that she got in a basket for Xmas...i dont think she knows its been opened

i need something to use when I'm making omlettes and pancakes!
