is it bad to do set's of heavy weights ?? such as 6-8 reps one day ?? like your body wont shut off ? nervous system will contunie to pump out ?? is it good or bad for you to build mass that way ??

i use 4-6, some people use 10-12, hell some people use 20-30. Try everything and find what works best for you, since everyones ratio of high glycolotic white fibers to oxygenated red fibers is different

ok cool, ive been doing 20reps, then increase the weight with 6-8 reps. then switched to another 20reps. to shock the muscle. thought ill try something else. kinda getting old on this setup
