i'm trying to put on LEAN muscle(5-10 pounds), so I've upped my protein to 180 grams a day as i weigh 180 lbs.... i was wondering is it OK to take muscle milk before bed? or is too late in the day to take it because of the carbs?? looking at the container it doesnt have alot of carbs (peach mango, 12g carbs)... so it is ok, yay or nay?

go for 1.5 of your bodyweight 180 x 1.5= 270 grams of protein at day and muscle milk before bed will help make your sleep time more anabolic. because it has a good source of Micellar Alpha and Beta Caseins and Caseinates

I like taking it before bed. If you are looking for something with less calories, look at Ultra Peptide or Zero Impact protein.

Mega milk has pretty much the same nutritional profile with a better ingredient profile. I prefer the mega milk over muscle milk. thats just me though.

yep mega milk taste like ....shit ......... muscle milk is DELICIOUS ! :D
