Day 1:
So obviously with most supplements the first day isn't anything special.
The pills are about half the size as my AST Multi 32x pills, which is good. They went down easy with water even though I am not the best pill person.
Another thing I did notice is I did a have a mild stomach cramp after taking my doses for the first day. I do have a sensitive stomach and anything new or different that goes in it seems to upset it. It should go away in the next couple days.
I did shoulders today and had a partner with someone I normally don't lift with so we did some different workouts.
Smith machine shoulder press: 135X10, 155X8, 175X6
Front lat raises w/cable-straight bar: 80X10, 85X8, 90X8
Reverse pec dec: 100X10, 120X8, 140X6
Overhead shoulder press-cable: 70X10, 80X8, 90X11
Not a bad workout, kinda short on time today. I did notice a little bit of energy and up beat attitude though my work day 8-5.
I will weigh myself tomorrow and post it.

Day 2
So I just got done blasting my legs and abs. Good workout.
No stomach issues after 3 pills today, hopefully it was a 1 day thing, but its good to log it so when other people might comment on it that it should go away, but I'll post it if it comes back.
Current weight is 174lbs and 6'3" around 12-13bf
I also had a Monster lo-carb during my workout, seems to get me pumped since I don't take any sort of caffeine.
Leg extension (cybex machine) 220X10, 240x10 260x8
Leg press-4plates each sideX10, 5 platesX8, 5 plates +25lbX6
Calf raises (cybex) 240X10X3
Leg curls (machine) 120X10, 140X10, 180X8
Had a good sleep last night also which I heard testosterone pills should help with.
Still nothing major to report though since its only day 2 on. I will lift the next 2 days and I take the weekend off and won't be posting unless I feel something I should mention.

Day 3
I had a good sleep on Wed. night so Testfuel seems to helping me in that department. I also have been feeling in an over all better mood. I used to let the little things piss me off or be negative about lots of things, haven't had that in the past couple days.
Kinda short on time yesterday because my fiance was sick but I all i had time for was chest.

Good workout, felt the pump. The big thing I am liking with this is my positive mood and good sleep. Last night I slept good, woke up and peed and went right back to bed, normally I can't fall back to sleep. Won't post until Monday because I'm not lifting this weekend.

A little off since last week because my son has had some bad dreams and woke up in the middle of the night, so sleep hasn't been the best.
I also have been putting a ceramic tile floor in my kitchen so I haven't trained since Friday but I have been taking my TF consistently. I am not having anymore stomach issues but week 3 hopefully I start to see some good results in the gym. I will be lifting tomorrow.

Finally hit the gym on Thursday. Rocked out shoulders and traps.
Noticing some acne on the forehead, plus its getting hot here so that can be helping out.
Sex is good, I am a guy so would pretty much want it whenever I can get it.
Sleep is great, slept from about 130am to 1130pm yesterday.
Mood has been iffy, fiance and I have been arguing because she wants a dog and I try to tell her we are to busy and don't need one right now.
I will weigh myself tomorrow and see how it goes.

Todays (5/11) workout was legs/Abs and it felt great.
Mood was kinda cranking in the morning because I went to bed at 140 and son woke me up at 730 but after he went to school I slept until 1115.
I am getting good sleeps still even if I have to wake up and pee in the middle of the night.
Strength seems to be getting a little better or I can bust more reps out.
I weighed my self today and was 171lb, probably do it tomorrow to just to see if it is accurate since I was 176 a week ago. I am do a cut without any cardio more of calorie deficit.
Monday starts my 3rd week and different dosage.

With my new work schedule this was my first day in the gym this week. I will be going Thurday-Monday.
I worked Shoulders/traps today.
I was a little tired but not to bad.
My strength seems to be staying the same but have lost about 4-6lbs.
Mood as been good, only when I don't get my sleep I am a cranky biatch.
I am wondering when this cycle is over if I will fee a mood change, because that is what I have noticed the most on Testfuel so far.

Not a good day. Pretty pissed at my girl to start the day. Went to the gym and did legs and it sucked because stuff kept running through my head.
Sorry there is nothing really big to report. I did about 5 excerises and had good form but didn't try to up my weight.
Just one of those bad days that people get every so often.

Went out and drank so I had a great sleep at night.
I am noticing a little bit of strength gains but nothing drastic.

Seemed like a really good workout
Mood was good.
Acne-Not as bad as it was
Had a good nights sleep the all weekend
Also had good sex

Workout: not to bad, I took an RPM sample but didn't feel anything until like 3 hours later while I was working and thought I was going to die.
Mood: Still keeping the good moods unless my fiance really makes me mad

Strength: Nothing major but i am on a cut so maintaining it is good enough for me.
Acne is calming down but its like hotter than hell here so it could be a combination.

Thursday: Shoulders/Abs
Good shoulder workout, did about 5-6 exercises and 3 for abs. Used a 45lb plate instead of normal 25lb for my decline sit-ups :)
Strength is staying the same for the most part but I am cutting so Im happy.
At about 172lbs, 7 down from when I started, freakin sweet.
Mood still good

Workout=sucked Dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe on my first workout. Continued it but not doing heavy weights.

Pretty good workout, threw a little bit more than normal on the bench today because I wanted to.
Strength was up it seemed for chest so tri's we kinda burnt when I started them.
Good mood, just got done with sex, quickie :cool:
About to get a good sleep
Thursday starts week 7 and the next time I will be training.

Strength is up I am using 45lb plate now to do decline abs. I normally mix up my workout minus abs so thats why I don't post a consistent plan.
Acne seems to be going down probably because we are at the ending weeks.

Had a partner today which I never do so it was nice to go heavy.
Did about 4 for back and 3 for bi's. Veins are popping out like a mother and bi's look full.
Strength is going up in these muscle groups also.
Kinda tired because I didn't have a good sleep, relationship issues.
Oh yeah, I am down to 169 with 9%, holy mother never thought I could get to single digits this fast
I am looking forward to see how things changes once the cycle is over.

3 exercise day, had to go to the Pharmacy before it closed.
That was the last workout before the 8 week cycle is over.
I will give a full review sometime this week hopefully. I have a pretty busy 3 weeks coming up.
