I've been getting killer pain in my left wrist and forearm when I do any lift. I've been gritting my teeth for about a week but it hurts like a bitch. Does cissus help for this problem? Because I ordered Incarnate and it'll get here tomorrow.

Give me the lifts it hurts with, is it a sharp pain in your wrist radiating through into your forearm?

I had a similar problem in that my wrist/forearm absolutely killed me whenever I did straight bar curls.

hey Trans i got that to when i do straight bb curls also, i quit doing them and it sucks cause i loved doing straight bb curls, even easy curl bb hurts except if i do easy curl bar on cable .got me why but other then that i just use db any idea how to get rid of this pain

It definitely will help, but depending on the severity of the problem, you can't expect miracles. Make sure to take it within an hour of your workout so it gets the cissus flowing to where it needs to be going.

I'll be logging it but I wont be logging it on DA.com...more of a personal log because im afraid of the results :D

I will let you know how it goes though.

do hammer curls, towel chins, and work on your forearms more, deadlifting huge weight without wraps will also stress your forearms into growing as well.

flat bar curls are bad for you anyway, things arent supposed to twist that way..

stop doing heavy wrist curls, same shit happend to me.
