well next week college will be out and i am wanting to go from working out from M/W/F to Monday through Friday.

I was wondering if i could get some suggestions on a good workout routine. my goal is to cut some fat (for 6 pack) and get gain some mass as well. i currently weight about between 170-175. id like to weight between 180-190 with a little less fat then i already have.

This is my Mon-Fri. workout:
Mon: Chest and Tri's
about 10-12 sets for chest and about 8 or 9 sets for Tri's
Tuesday: Back and Biceps and Abs
I do back first because Biceps are secondary
About 11 sets for Back and only around 8-10 for bi's
my own ab routine
Wed: Off or some Cardio
Thursday: Legs
about 16 sets, but that includes calfs
Friday: Shoulders and Abs
about 9-12 sets for shoulders
my own ab routine

If u want the six pack you're gonna have to do more cardio or get a better diet. Though i haven't done any cardio for 2 months now (just started this week because of summer) and i have slowly lost fat on the stomach because i've been bringing a lot of intensity to the gym. If u don't F around at the gym and get it all in within 45-60 min. it should tire you out and get that heart pumping. Hope this helps.
