well next week college will be out and i am wanting to go from working out from M/W/F to Monday through Friday.
I was wondering if i could get some suggestions on a good workout routine. my goal is to cut some fat (for 6 pack) and get gain some mass as well. i currently weight about between 170-175. id like to weight between 180-190 with a little less fat then i already have.
