No sides yet, except for feeling more hungry and thirsty. Other than that it is all good. But it is probably to early to tell. Oh wait this morning i woke up to use the bathroom and it burned while i was urinating:eek: , but that was the only time, after that it didn't happen again. :confused: Maybe it was dehydriation.
166.5lbs this morning.

Everything is good so far, lots of water, no more burn while urinating (only happened onced). No sides yet... 169lbs this morning
Does my libido suposed to go up? because It is :eek: I am really anxious to start taking the winztrol... but i'll stick to the plan...
I noticed that endurance has also increased, specially on cardio, i can keep and keep and keep going... that's it for today...

That was the whole day. I never documented my training or diet, it seams like i am doing an experiment.
Today i trained 30 minutes more than what i planned, i didn plan on doing calfs. So i decided to ditch the cardio and do calfs, but after doing calf i talked myself into the cardio anyways, i actually had to make myself stop...:eek: I usually do it for 2 or 2 hours and a half, but today i just kept going.
Feeling great so far. 168.5lbs this morning
I should eat better tomorrow, i just got done cooking 2 pounds of beef, delicious, italian style.+
Is this detailed enough for you guys? New at this log thing.

Cant wait to see your results becuase im really thinking about going with Halo-T400 for my next cycle

Im haveing a hard time deciding between an Epi product stacked with propadrol or and Epi product stacked with Trenaplex and the Halo-T400

I know Halo works and I have never ran Epi befor but from waht i hear its good.

Oh and the Halo-t400 is way cheaper than runing a bunch of other things :D

I have noticed an endurance increase in cardio, and slighly recovery increase in between sets as well, i recover quickly as it is, i only rest the time it takes me to change the weights and stretch, sometimes i add a set of abbs, but only once in a while... I like to keep the pump going...
Strengh wise i don't think so, not yet at least, the only increase i have noticed is 6 plates on tbar rows, from 5... but i don't think it is because of halo t-400 or tren.
Libido is up the roof!!! and nobody to take care of it!, single right now.:x
But that's okay i guess, more for the gym!!!

Thanks for asking. I am doing this log mostly for you guys, since you helped me to pick the stack, and are interested on the results. I figured you want to see a log about it... otherwise i could have just done it by reading other people's logs or learning on my own.

Keep it up bro I am running the same cycle as you halo-t and tren. I am glad that you said it helped you increase cardio endurance thats bad ass. Did it help you increase speed as well? I have also noticed you haven't had any cramps me neither I'm 3 days into my stak.

I haven't checked on speed since i don't do speed excersices, and time them. Do you mean sprints?

Animal pump was bad ass, i liked it. Nitrace and rampage are working fantastic as well. The pack is great, not familiar wit hthe other products you listed, but i hope you have good results if not better.
I would imagine that your speed will go up by just loosing all that weight you plan on to.

I take the first does upon awakening and the second one 30 minutes before my workout. Everytime with the nitrace. Review my log again it is broken down by times in wich i eat or take the ph's and other supps.

I have some questions...

Am I overdoing on the pct with the tamoxifen?, i don't see anuyone using it.

And also I think 300mg a day of winztrol is too much, since i only weight around 168.5 as of this morning. Dose is 1.25 per body pound right?

I know I am not gaining a lot of weight, but I am getting leaner and maintaining my bodyweight, actually gained 1/2 pound since the begining of cycle... not much but looking leaner and bigger without loosing bodyweight is good I think. Can't wait to get on the winztrol, i thing I might start earlier with it, tuesday probably so i can finish the 2 bottles I have.

What do you think?

Thats what I am going by 1.25x185=231(I round down instead of up to 4 pills a day spaced out) Breakfast, Pre-workout(Lunch), Dinner, Before Bed.

I also take a small dose of letrozole daily. I don't know if I should just wait to PCT or continue to use it.

I am thinking about droping the dose to 4 caps a day as well on the winztrol. Instead of six.

I just looked up letrozole in anabolics 2006 book. It is the strongest AI available, stronger than arimidex. Good for tight, dry defined look, seeked for competition. Better than nolva and clomid. But it will raise your HDL just like a PH would. Expensive as well. 2.5 miligrams per tablet. but even .5 miligrams reduced estrogen by 78% in some patients. Some people cut the tablet in half to get 2 doses out of one tablet to save money, because it is that efective.

In simple words it is a good choice, just going to have to keep runing support supps while on letrozole. I have seen some samples of cycles and some use AI from the begining of cycle to the end of pct. Some during pct only. I guess it depends wether you develop gyno or not during the cycle. Save it for pct unless you have enough to run it on cycle and pct as well. By the end you'll probably have almost no estrogen left I imagine...

I personally wouldnt use tamofixien unless I had symptoms of prolactin or gyno but I do recommend using some sort of anti estrogen on cycle. If you already have it, I would go ahead and use it.

1.25 per lb is more than enough winztrol.

Personally I dont judge too much by the scale. I always take full body measurements once a week though that way I can track my progress and better maintain bodily proportions.

166.5lbs this morning!!!:eek: , not sure if it good or bad. I think is water from all the cardio i did yesterday. My salt intake has also been lower than usual the past couple of days, I increased it a little bit today due to all the cardio, but I don't feel dehydreated. Started the winztrol.

My muscles are rock hard, maybe that's why, not fat in them, that's my guess. But with some fat on top of them, I just have to get rid off it.

I don't know if it is a goog or bad thing... my frame itself is small thin bones, i used to weight 135-140 a few years ago. Then i started playing with the weights and over the years i got up to 160-165 with about 18-20% bodyfat, i didn't know about the diet or anything like that untill 2 years ago when i started bodybuilding... and now I think I am in a roll!... but I think I am very ignorant at this sport still. I was tempted to use ph's before, but i waited until at least i know how to grow or get ridd of fat without them.3

In accordance with military standards my body weight limit is 170. But as long as I keep my bf lower than 22% I am okay. 22% if you ask me is fat!
My goal is to reah 180lbs at 6-10% bodyfat 10% the most. Fluctuation will depend on job asignments and gym time. It should tame me a couple of years to build that, but I'll get there.

When I was in the Army I got taped every time after I weighed in. I was over 170lbs from 20 y/o on. It just sucks, b/c it makes you feel like you're out of shape when they say that you're too heavy and have to be taped. Oh well, they usually just shut the hell up after they measured my neck. Sorry for being away for a couple of days...

sumarizing the weekend:

Friday-back

sunday-triceps

All routines are similar if not identical to the prior ones posted. Including the cardio times.

Meals also stayed the same. Except for breakfast buffet on sunday... i could not stand! i ate so much.

Sides: A little acne, very minor and the damn libido! up the roof! Temper under control.

Recovery time is ridiculously (hope i speeled it right) fast, too fast sometimes. Got to go go go to keep the pump up... And pumps, damn... insaaaaane, i like this stuff...

Anything else I missed just ask...

Body weight is 169lbs, so it went up, but leaner, wich is great!!!
Overall, I like it a lot so far... good pumps, lean gains, fatloss, almost no sides!

Small and strong!, sweet!. But if you want to see him blow up, make sure you mix strengh sets with pump sets, remember that pumping as much blood into the muscle as possible is probably the best way to muscle grow, just like a baloon...

Lean gains for sure, diet and rest are also important... I already have friends asking me why can't i come out on the weekends to drink, that I am boring... I tell them that I have set goals, and I have to stick to the plan. I stright up tell them that my goals are higher than theis and if they think I am boring, I can five a ****... I know what i want and who I am... done enough drinking and partiyng, it is time to get sirious in life... the funny part is that when they see me they say that they wish they looked like me, I just tell them to keep waiting for the miracle...

Sorry didn't time it, but it remains about the same. I run 1 1/2 in 10 minutes during the test. But I am not training to improve that either. I can tell you that my body wil get tired before my cardiovascular system. And or i start getting dehydriated before my cardiovascular system gives up, wich is good I think as far as cardio goes. Also my arms feel heavier that usuall, that doesn't help of course.
Are you getting ready for some kind of physical test?

I recently upped my dosage from 4 to 5 winz a day and 2 halos.


I am thinking of running this one more go around should I 6 winz and 2 halos a day for 15 days? Or should I try something else. I will still be cutting until I am down into 8-10% RANGE.

That's what i just started yesterday, 5 winztrols and 2 halo t-400's. I am going to go to 6 winztrols for the last week of thew cycle, once I get off from the halo. Not exactly bocadolfan, I know it looks like that for the amount of junk I have been eating latelly, but my goal is to loose bodyfat whyle maintaining the weight. Have been loosing fat and weight this morning was 170.
I have to admit that my diet has been bad in the past couple of days, especially yesterday!!!:eek: but for some reason i fell like eating everything sometimes. And it doesn't help when your good friend says lets go to chilli's!
I'll clean it up in the next couple of days... I like it when i go on a very low carb intake for two or three days and they go really high on it for one day, on the high carb day i feel a lot better and fuller.
Going up and down on your calorie intake helps your metabolism to keep burning high, so when you eat less your body is burning bodyfat to make up for the missing calories that day... just keep protein high and play with the carbs and fat...
Have a cheat day... I just have been cheating too much latelly.... but i got to stop!:x

I went into my chest workout thinking i would 10 rep 205 but i only made it to 8 and then only 5 on the next cet. I had to drop down to 190 for my last set but it felt real good and i think i will gain alot from that workout.

Isn't oxyguno a halo clone, but stronger. If it is a halo clone then taking it with halo t-400 might not be a good idea.

I am sure RA, UNC, VOODOO, SOLOMON and other members more experienced at this can help you better at that, I will ask them as well before my next cycle.

when i was taking it i took my 40 mg in two parts 20 in the morning and 20 around lunch. and then when i went down to 20mg i just took it in the morning... seemed to work fine for me... hope this helps

Today I did legs, but i forgot my log, sorry.
I did hit 315 for 2 reps though while doing squats and 12 plates on the leg press. For some reason i wasn't feeling too powerfull today for legs, something was missing, couldn't do as many sets as ussual. Maybe it is the lack of halo and tren, maybe it was the four miles run from yesterday.
Today i after i finished legs, i took some bcaa's and a tablet of ranpage with some more aminos and went to the track. I run 5 and a half miles, doing push ups and sit ups every mile. I was shooting for 6 miles, but i was feeling kind of delirious and nauseous at that 5 mile point, so I had to stop. Driving home i thought i was going to pass out! All i could think of is food!

The machine in the gym told me 8.7% thursday night, i was static! it used to read 14 to 16%. I still don't think that it is 100% accurate, but it feels good. The caliper at home tells me 11-12, so i figure in between.
As far as inpressions on the cycle, i'll get back to you on that one tomorrow, don't feel like thinking right now...:( -10 for brain power!, I have to think of a good way to rate it or give impressions about it.
I am also planning on posting more pics tomorrow, end of cycle pics, finished with winztrol yesterday.
And I am going to start taking retain tomorrow, wich is one week earlier than planned. Don't want to take chances on loosing any once of hard earned chick magnet muscle!!! I loved it today when i was running at the track. Every girl that walked by stared; and one even crossed the street and sat there the whole time I was running, and left when i was done...:D

Today I weighted at 167lbs. I feel a little smaller than usual, might be all the cardio from yesterday... Well here are the pics I took today. End of cycle, and this is how i look starting PCT.

Cycle overview:

I don't have much to compare it to. I took, PP, SD and 1AD before but i wouldn't even count the 1AD, because shit kept happening while i was on it.

Mood: Agression increased. But it was very controllable. Felt great all the time.

Strenght: Strenght increases were good, endurance also went up.

Libido: A little loss while on winztrol, but nothing critical or something to worry about. I would worry about. If i needed it it was there. But on halo it was out of control...:eek:

Testicular shrinkage: None, i think they grew a little... Jk...:D

Appetite: Increased a lot while on halo t-400.

Pumps: Awesome in the gym. No back pumps.

Acne: A little.

Headaches: Maybe two if so. I had a pain in the back of my neck sometimes, but nothing too bad.

Would i do it again?... For sure.

Did i miss anything? Just ask...

Vascularity is getting better as well, look like a freak in the gym, a little one at least (with all the veins poping) got to take the camera there sometime i guess. That place is so packed latelly, fricking summer warriors!

LOL!!! Yes sir!!! I did it bro!... took my crack... headed there and I busted them I went heavy on shoulders and traps, two hours! Well including the cardio only 30 min this time!

Sorry don't have numbers to post, forgot my log and I am really tired, so going to bed soon, don't feell like thinking about the whole routine, but I went up to:
120 on db shrugs
6 plates on smith machine shrugs
the heviest on shoulders was front raises with 50 lbs db, first time in my life for 4 to 6 reps!:D

Suplement times and meals about the same as yesterday, but clean today, no dougnuts or any kind of junk!

My neck hurts, so I am going to bed soon... Good night and thanks for following!

There was no workout today.

One hour soccer game around noon, and that's it. Good game!

Calorie intake very low today!

One pound of meat in the whole day, split in three servings, with a tomateo each time, oh yeah an cellery.. 3 servings on bcaa's (5 grams) to prevent muscle breakdown, between meals.

Weight this morning was 166, some loss, but it is fat i garantee you that, PCT is going well... I'll post end of pct pics. I think I will look bigger but lithet at 164lbs. That is my prediction. well see. I can tell my abs are getting more defined.

Don't even remember posting this.... but okay...

Sorry for being absent the past couple of days, but I'll keep it short.

Didn't workout saturday. And I ate everything, high everything. Wanted to carb up.

Today I made it to the gym. did chest and I am amazed with the strenght I maintain and maybe even gain during the pct.

Didn't have my log (sorry for salcking there) but I started with BP, did three sets of it up to 225 last and then went up to 105, starting with sets of 60lbs, on db press. I did a lot more excercises for chest. but those are the highlights. Did triceps as well.

Diet today. Same as yesterday. eat everything and anything even cake and ice cream!... and not the gay ass fat free crap, this was sweep as sugar and so fattening that it felt great! the company is called ober

Supplements times the same as before.

Starting bad as mass tomorrow, can't wait to get on it!

I have to get back to the detailed log I know. I'll get back on it tomorrow.

Thanks for the warning B-nat...

I haven't been here for a while, because I am very busy. Got orders to change duty stations, so I am running everywhere like a chicken without a head...:eek: trying to get everything set up and ready to go, I start driving south in a couple of days.
And when i get there we leave on deployment for six months, so I don't think I'll be around to much.
I have been making time for the gym though. Barelly, but i make time for it. Got to see some friends for the last time, sad, but reality.
When things slow down I'll try to get here more often before I leave.

PCT is going good and lost about one more pound 167.5 this morning. More definition for sure, keeping muscle size and strenght.

Thanks Jdee. Not easy, but rewarding. I definitly feel the pride when wearing the uniform. It is a different feeling and try to make the best I can of it.

MAde it okay in my destination and now gettin ready to deploy. I'll keep resume the workouts asap, like tomorrow! Probably won't be here much often. Getting ready to deploy, but whenever I can I will.
