I will be starting a cycle of Anabolic Formulations' Methyl Stak within the next few days. I received the bottle the day before yesterday. I am currently waiting on my order from DA to arrive. I will post more information when I get closer to starting the review. I just want to say thanks to AF for letting me try this new product out.....

So, today I got a shipment in from DA. As soon as I saw the size of the box I knew it wasn't right. I had a $350+ order and a relatively small box. Turns out the only thing that was in there was my 5lb ON Whey Gold and the ON Glucosamine + CSA. Hopefully ALL the rest of the stuff comes tomorrow like the tracking info shows..... We shall see.

Alright, well i'm just about to hit the sack. Everything is a go for tomorrow. I've got a lot of time (and a lot more money) invested in this cycle so, i'm pretty excited. I will most likely take measurements tomorrow after my workout because that's probably the only point of the day where I'll have the time to do so. But I plan on weighing myself when I wake up and then right after my morning run (prior to eating) just to get an idea of how things will work. Later....

Run didn't go very well today. It was about 20 min. and maybe 1 1/2 miles. My legs were just feeling demolished and the amount of smoking I have been doing lately definitely winded me early on....

Haha, don't worry D, smoking anything other than cigarettes has long been a thing of the past. I am just battling the whole nicotine addiction. I can kick it for a few months, then I go out to the bar or something and have a few. Nothing crazy. But the past few weeks were pretty stressful and I was smoking more than i cared to... Thats all...

Chest workout was pretty good today. The weights were moving well. Stamina seemed to be higher than average as well. I don't feel the hardness/tightness that I felt towards the end of my solo HyperTEST review, but strength was up slightly. Tomorrow will be another 1 pill day so I don't expect much difference until the middle of next week at the earliest...

Today was an overall decent day. I decided to move to 2 today (1 morning, 1 pre-workout) instead of only 1 again. I woke up pretty tired and didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked (~7 hours). I noticed that I was very irritable today. I snapped on some guy at work and started yelling at him because he snapped at me. That's pretty unusual for me to do, but who knows how related that is to this stuff. Workout went decently well. Energy seemed to be relatively decent, but not as high as yesterday. I did take my last serving of GreenMAG before my workout yesterday, so that could be why it was such a good workout compared to today.

I absolutely destroyed my legs today. Could barely walk up the stairs to leave the gym. Definitely left everything I had there. I felt really weird after I took my second pill today. I was really zoned out, yet if I applied myself, very focused at the same time. I don't really remember driving from work to the gym. And when I got to the gym I felt the same way, but I was so focused on my lifts. I just got home from the gym maybe 20 minutes ago and I still feel the same way, just not as intense. But overall, great workout...

Wow, sounds weird, I have done that before. Don't remember if I was on anything, and I get that way often while on medication. As long as I was not having to use my brain to think so much, and just physically operate I was very focused. Any mundane task too, including lifting. Weird, I will have to keep track and see if I get that way myself. Might have just been a slight reaction to doubling the dose. Keep us posted.

it was the cigerettes:eek: could be from hitting it real hard at the gym and having the extra nicotine in ya who knows, keep an eye on your blood pressure to elemenate it from being the cause..

No effect there at all. But I did manage to pull my left quad. Even after all the stretching I did. I'm pissed. Oh well, i'll just ice it up and take it easy and hopefully its feeling good again in the next few days. I definitely think i'm gonna switch up my workout routine around softball thursday nights. I'll let you guys know what I come up with....

You know, I threw some old school icy hot (out of the tub) on there and let it sit for a few hours. Then I stretched real good before I went to bed and put some Glucosacream on. It feels 100% better today. Still sore, but more like a "I just destroyed my legs working out" sore. So I'm just gonna take it easy on the legs for a few more days, stretch regularly and hopefully I'll be good to go....

Hey guys. Sorry for lack of replies. I've been really busy lately. Working 10+ hour days and still finding time for the gym and maintaining a relatively normal social life....

So, updates.... Tomorrow I will be moving up to 3 pills per day. I'm going to take 1 when I wake up and 2 pre-workout (or 4-6 hours later on OFF days).

I haven't really noticed any real gains so far. Weight is up about a pound or so, but I can fluctuate upwards of 8 or 9 pounds a day, so 1 pound in the morning isn't really much IMO. Strength may be slightly increased. Either that or my intensity is increased enough to give me that extra little umph. Libido is still doing well. No shrinkage to the boys yet. Muscles are hardening up a bit like they were a couple weeks ago towards the end of my hypertest log.

I plan on having my friend, who is a nurse, monitor my BP over the next few weeks starting tomorrow. She'll probably check it 2-3x a week. Other than that things are going well and I can't wait to bump up to 3 a day....

ive been running mine at 3 from the begining my cycle will be 20days, so yours will be longer since you bought a second bottle, it says best at 9 weeks running,, so when mine is over i'll be seeing how well your progress goes over a longer time frame, hit it hard .......

I've been on the verge of having a cold for the past few days. I'm trying to fight it, but its not about to give up either. I took Ny-Quil the night before last and then Day-Quil all day yesterday. Last night I took some Aleve Cold and Sinus and then another dose today. The Aleve seemed to work wonders. But i'm still a little stuffy, have a sore throat, and have a bunch of shit I keep trying to cough up. Today's workout was pretty good. Strength was slightly up, but not much. Endurance on the other hand, was much improved. So I'm thinking this cold is putting a bit of strain on my strength. I dunno though. We'll see in the next few days....

Well i'm almost at the start of my 3rd week. I weighed myself this morning and actually lost a little weight. I haven't been experiencing any sides at all from an external standpoint. No loss of libido, no acne, no water retention, etc. And to be honest, strength and endurance haven't changed a great deal either (yet). I planned on running the last part of this cycle at 4 pills per day. The thought of maybe jumping to 5 a day for the last week has been crossing my mind lately. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

So I have to switch up my workout this week. I took today off because I was feeling like shit. I think tomorrow I'm going to do arms instead of legs because of the softball game. My left quad still feels a little tight/sore. I've been stretching regularly and that has helped a ton. But yeah, as I mentioned earlier i've actually lost a little weight. I weighed in this morning at 180.8. As of right now I'm not really concerned about my weight necessarily. I just want more size, strength and definition. As long as I'm getting bigger and burning fat, i'm not complaining at all...

if i had the extra pills ide jump to 4 a day but you need to make sure it doesnt effect your blood pressure i havent had any problems with my blood pressure a couple pimples like maybe 3 small ones supprized the way i poor with sweat at the gym im not loaded with acne ..i dont care if i lose weight eather i want strenght endurance is good, a combo of size and strenght would be nice thats what i beleave this stack is about....

Yeah, I went over to my friend's house the other day to get my BP checked, but her manual cuff wasn't working. She says she plans on buying a new one tomorrow on her day off, so hopefully she gets her shit together and picks one up for me....:o

Other than that, I feel like shit again today. This cold is hanging with me just enough to bother the hell outta me. But at any rate, i'm gonna do arms today before my bs softball game. It sucks though because its been pretty shitty all week and its cold today. I hate michigan weather... :x

Today was an overall good day. Workout was pretty decent. I didn't work out at my gym, I decided to go to the local rec. center and work out with my buddy. The place is shit and is always a cluster ****. Essentially I mixed things up a bit, which is always good. But on the bad side of things, I had to wait almost 4 or 5 minutes between exercises. But another big plus, I got some chicks number cuz she was eye-****ing the shit outta me while I was doing cable curls (nice pumps made my arms look sick)... So thats that...

Oh, and I think the libido is starting to go into the shitter now. Maybe some slight shrinkage of the old beans, but hey, it makes the frank look better right? Haha...

Yeah, I was wrong about the libido thing for sure. Haven't had any problems layin' it down. Just felt like I was maybe getting to that point, but like I said, definitely wrong...

The ex came by for a bit this evening (hence the libido disproval). Haven't seen her in a bit and she insisted that i've slimmed down a lot. She said that my arms feel smaller than they were before but they're a whole hell of a lot harder now. I dunno, I guess we'll see on Sunday or Monday when I do my half-way through measurements. I didn't post up my initial measurements because they were identical to my final measurements from my HyperTEST review.... So, for those of you who are lazy, i'll post them up when I post up the half-ways....

Just started the 4x a day today. Took two when I woke up and will be taking two preworkout a little later. I still have the cold a bit and my weight is still down. Strength is up a bit, but not a significant amount. Endurance is still better than before. We'll see how today's workout goes...

So today was my first day of 4 pills. Workout went pretty well. So far I have yet to really notice any sides. Very very mild increase in acne, but nothing outta the ordinary for me. I have started to notice some increased muscle and joint ache though. I have added some glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and celadrin into my daily pill popping to help fight off the aches. No decrease in libido. Some water retention is apparent. I'm still down in weight though. I was planning on doing some measurements today for you guys, but I couldn't find the damn tape measure. Musta lost it. I'll do it tomorrow though....

Went to the doctor today and got my blood pressure taken. 122 over 74. Not bad at all for being 2 weeks into a cycle....

To be honest, not much difference at all so far. This is my 3rd week and i'm at 4x daily and i'm not really seeing much difference at all. Still down in weight. As far as measurements go, I lost the damn tape, but if I had to guess, I dropped in size (shirts fit me a little more loosely as of late). But, we'll see in a few days... I've been really busy lately so I haven't been posting nutritional info much at all. But lemme assure you, my diet is pretty similar to usual...


Yesterday was arms. Good workout. Decent pumps. No real increase in weight. And endurance seems to have dropped back into the normal range. My joints are still getting sore after workouts, but hopefully the supplements aforementioned should help combat that....

Almost out of my free bottle for the review. I don't know if i'm gonna open up the other bottle that I purchased myself. I'm gonna post up some measurements later this evening. If in some magical way, i'm caught off-guard and impressed by what I see, I'll continue. But as of right now, i'm cutting this review to what I was supplied with from the company....

Either way I decide, I will post a full unbiased review of this product at the end and a good reason behind my decision. Afterall, its only fair to us, the consumers, to receive unbiased information...

Interesting stuff here. I've lost size just about everywhere. Lost weight as well. Strength is the same as before starting the log. I only did a little cardio in the first week (twice total) of this log. I can only guess that my BF% has dropped a good amount since I've kept the same overall strength just about everywhere but lost a decent amount of size. I'm impressed at the amount of fat that I have lost, but at the same time, disappointed in the result maybe? I was planning on this being a pretty decent mass building cycle while increasing my strength a good deal as well. I can't argue with losing fat. That's always a great result, especially if cardio isn't involved, but like I said, not what I expected from this PH at all... Now I guess I'm torn on what to do. Whether or not to continue taking it with no real strength gains and maybe cut down a little more. Or stop and have the chance to run one more cycle at the end of summer... Decisions, decisions.... No matter what I do, I will give this product an overall review when I decide its over. At the very least, i'll finish the free bottle that I received from Anabolic Formulations...

i agree with RA do 4pills and hit it hard at the gym(not saying your not already) i didnt think it was going to kick in for me but it did ,go for 4 its gotta do something.. i remember i measured my bicep during the middle of it and my measurement went down also(:confused: )but it all came back and got bigger so dont let that disappoint you keep hitting it drink alot of water too.go to the gym and say to yourself im going to get a good work out rather if this stuff works or not and give it your best keep record of it, it should kick in:)

I have been taking 4 a day. All week long. The only difference this week from last week is that it seems like my endurance is down....

And as far as water is concerned, thats all i drink. I probably throw down anywhere between 1.5 - 2 gallons a day. At best, I drink 24oz of skim milk. The rest, all day long, is water. I love it....

I have been taking 4 a day. All week long. The only difference this week from last week is that it seems like my endurance is down....

I love it....see if you start feeling some changes next week its bound to do something, hope it kicks in good for you, drink yourself an energy drink that'll get you rolling all threw a work out if your endurance is down..........
