i personally wouldn't take the risk. you can actually put scrambled eggs in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 45 seconds then flip it and put it in for another 30 seconds or so and it tastes perfect. i do it when i make a sandwich or something. very fast and safe. it only takes maybe 5 mins all together to make eggs. if you get sick, you will be regretting it.

Theres actually another post in this section that discussed some of the issues with doing so. It was also supported by some users. I'd look for it for you, but i'm too tired and I think raw eggs are just ****ing nasty...

Bah! Raw eggs are great! To minimize your risk look for a pasturized egg (removes salmonella and listeria) and has a big "P" stamped on EVERY egg.

www.safeegg.com

I buy and eat 6 dozen raw eggs a week. Whoo hooo....goes well with my 8lbs of oatmeal a month....

so pasturized would be ok? cause i can drink down 6 eggs easier then trying to eat them cooked,

As far as I know - I have not had an encounter with salmonella or listeria in 6+ mo of doing this...

Check out this thread... http://www.discountanabolics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6983&page=2&highlight=eggology

I reccomend 'Eggology', because they have great eggwhites already tested for you. They are kind of expensive, but worth it. They taste so good.

pasturizing your milk and eggs is what takes the very nutritional value BB are trying to get. so you sacrifise what you are trying to get out of them.

So why doesent boiling/pan frying them do this??

Eat em raw!!
You know how many kids around the world lick the damn cookie/cake mix spoon..
If it was that common we would have a serious issue...

Dont eat raw eggs, they rob your body of b-vitamins along with the risk of a food borne illness.

no not the protien but alot of the other nutritional value. you still get your protien. and its more so with milk. one of the oldest and best natural bulking regements you cant do with pasturized milk its the heavy cream, cla, and other things that we lose to get the milk to the store and hold shelf life.

it does but eggs are mostly eaten for the protien which you still get. milk is hit the hardest with pasturizing
but take your onoins, garlic, there exelent for your diet but once you heat them tell there clear there usless except for taste. the same with alot of veggies to much heat and there just good for tast.

lol, nah - actually quite the contrary...the major producer of cholesterol is the liver in the human body. When you start ingesting cholesterol sources, your endogenous production goes down - which actually tends to lead to better lipid profiles when you follow keto diets, et al due to this little factor.

And the protein found within the yolk is too VERY high quality believe it or not. The egg (yolk and white) compliment each other to create one of the perfect foods...when sitting down to your next meal...have both that chicken breast AND whole egg (this settles the age-old question of which came first now ;) ).
