so im sure all you other guys out there competing can help me some here with ideas. some evenings, usually the days before i get a carb load, i CANT get satisfied. il eat and still feel like i ate nothing. i dont think its my diet being to low in cals. im eating about 2200. im just curious as to what you guys eat when you get this empty feeling or the munchies. you know, foods low in cals but yet they stuff you. other than salad and veggies, iv tried them.

Bah.. gallons upon gallons of rich dark chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups inside it... lots of chocolate syrup.. oh and a strawberry on top! (EFF CHERRIES!)

Ok maybe not for you just yet... but until then dry popcorn... it's full of carbs but digests fairly well.. no salt/butter... it's still fun to play with... lol

Shake with about a 12oz milk, 1 1/2 scoops protein, and 1/2 cup of dry oats mixed in. I don't care how hungry i am. If I can get it down, that definitely fills me up and never lets me down... Sounds familiar? But yeah, that's my breakfast on most days. Keeps me full through hours of class and keeps me away from shitty school food and vending machines....

Damn that sounds good, I am going to have to try that soon, I get the munchies every once in a while. Thanks for the tip.

I would usually chow down a can of green beans. Weird I know. Then just drink a ton of water to try and fill me up!

Whey left me bloated
chicken made me even more hungry
eggs worked well, so did natty peanut or almond butter, oh and like ryno said, water water water
lmao chicken makes me more hungry too. thats weird. i usually have a stock of canned green beans to eat like that but even that and water sometimes dont work. last night i drank decaff coffee and that kinda filled me up or at least made me not wana eat more.
