Just spread the dosage equally through out the day. With food is best.

When I used it (2 cycles thus far) - had great results with am (pre-workout // more of an empty stomach), around midday, and about 7pm.
I had no more "better" the results I could surely attribute to full stomach vs. empty potential debate, however, can say that the empty if not a workout day is not something I continually did. Non-workout days were all with "meals" --> protein shakes (> 60 g P, and minimally 10 g EFA's). Do make an effort to get fats in with your dosages, I felt this better than without (which I think was a mistake the first time).
