T_I's 1,3-Dimethylamylamine Experiments
*NOTE: DO NOT try this unless you have a scale that AT LEAST has one decimal place capability of measurement. DO NOT ingest more than 25mg of this chemical at a time. I DO NOT recommend you try this unless you have experience with stimulants and preferably some good math skills for the conversions.
Information:
1,3-dimethylamylamine is a derivative of geranium oil which resembles the body's own chemical messenger, epinephrine (adrenaline). Similar to adrenaline, 1,3-dimethylamylamine exihibits a powerful CNS stimulanting ability, for increased energy, mental clarity, and physical performance. 1,3-dimethylamylamine works through a similar pathway as ephedrine, causing an increase in cAMP (the chemical messenger that triggers fat release and provides potent appetite suppression and thermogenic action).
Purpose:
I like to experiment with bulk powders and try out various things. I am a fan of nootropics and stimulants, but it is usually hard for me to find something that I can actually feel in terms of energy. Caffeine does the trick, but it sometimes leaves me feeling jittery, sometimes I crash from it and when I take it on a regular basis I develop a tolerance for it so I continually need to up the dosage to feel anything. I also do not like it as it has estrogenic properties itself. So, in search of something similar in terms of energy I have stumbled across 1,3-dimethylamylamine. I decided to try it out myself and see how it effects me. I will update this thread periodically as I use the stuff, I won't use it daily.
Materials:
- Scale
- 1 mL oral syringe
- 1 gram 1,3-dimethylamylamine
- Water
- Cup
Procedure:
1 dose = 25 mg
Total 1 gram of powder
1) Weigh out .100 g of powder
2) Add to 10 mL of water. 1 mL of water = 1 g of water, so you can weigh 10g of water out as well. Each 2.5 mL of water now has 25 mg of 1,3-dimethylamylamine.
3) Using the 1 mL oral syringe, take out 2.5 mL from the solution of 1,3-dimethylamylamine, this again has 25 mg of active.
