Wasssup ya'll.....I appreciate all the help ya'll gave me a few weeks back. I'm starting my log today...
Stats as of Today
Age: 28
Weight: 238 lbs
Height: 5'9
Yrs Training: 10 years in May.
Body fat%: 11.8%
My Dose break down like this
Methly - E 20/30/40/20
Orastan - A 100/150/200/200/150/150 (Orastan-A will start next week)
Thinking about Thyro-Tabs????? What do ya'll think????
My diet is a carb cycling protocal. But my protein stays constant at 450 grams. I fluctuate my fat and carb intake. Every 5 days is a higher carb day (300 grams). Every 15 days is a High carb day.(600 grams).
I also will start Anabolic Pump next week with every carb meal. Looking to be around 6 - 7% at end. Post cycle will be Retain2, Mass FX, Formestane.
Diet:
600am: 10mg ME, 1 Venom
640am: 2 scoop Whey Isolate (Nectuar) mixed with a 1/2 gallon of water sipped while working out.
800am: (post workout) 2 scoop Whey Isolate, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbls Honey
1000am: 10 oz Chicken, 1/2 cucumber, 1 cup oatmeal, 4 fish oil
1130am: 10mg ME, 1 Venom (before Spin class)
100pm: 10 oz Chicken, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tbls Nat Peanutbutter 6 fish oil
3:00pm 3 scoop Mixed Protein, 2 Tbls Nat Patnutbutter, 2 fish oil (Matrix 5.0)
5:00pm 7 oz Tuna, 1/2 cucumber, 6 fish oil
8:00pm 6 oz Chicken, 1 cup green beans, 6 fish oil
10:15pm 2 scoop Matrix, 6 fish oil

My first workout was this morning, took 10 mg ME, 1 venom 30 minutes before my workout. Is this stuff suppose to work this fast????? I mean damn...i got a good ass pump and my veins were jumping out my arms. Maybe it's placebo...don't know but man I like how I'm feeling. Arms looked full after workout.

You can put it whereever you think it will do the most benefit......
I think AP will be awesome, it works thru your Glut-4 which is something i never thought to increase. Insulin but never glut-4.

Are you using the real Orastan-A or is it the furaguno (same stuff)?
I am very interested to see how this works, and if you want my opinion then i would say yes, use the thermogenic thyrotabs. I have heard nothing but good stuff about them, and I plan on doing a cycle in July or so of furaguno, pro-turanabol(pre ban gaspari product) thyrotabs and MAYBE throw in the methyl-e (unless I use it all now. Looks like you and I have simialr goals over the long term, so i am very interested to see how this works for you. I am using Methyl-E now and taking thermogen X with it and after 1 week my strength is up, and my muscles already feel harder, and I am only using 20mg/ED now. I will be bumping to 30 and then 40 pretty soon.
Any way you are able to post before and after pics?

Yeah it's the real Orastan....the jury is still out on the thyro tabs. I might start them at week 3. I'm just basing this off my knowledge of the endocrine system and hormones. But if i'm not mistaken don't a slight increase of T4 and T3 increase the effects of testosterone.

From everything I have read the thyrotabs do increase the effects of any PH you take. I think that taking them with any of the prodiucts we have mentioned would only make that much more of a difference on a cutting cycle. And I have heard nothing but GREAT things about this product.

Nothing really to report today.....woke up fuller than i usually do. Did 45 min Stairmaster have a plyometrics class at 12:00pm. That'll be all my cardio for the day.

I took out the peanutbutter because i think i have mild allergic reactions to it. For some reasome i gain a lil water everytime i eat it for more than 2 days, weird. I also changed the cucumber to spinach cause that sheeeet was giving me crazy gas.:( But thats it....holla at ya'll latta...

Looks good. Man, you eat a lot of chicken. Don't you get sick of eating chicken all day? What about having tureky, fish or steak for some of the meals? Just a suggestion. I cant eat nothing but chicken all day every day!
Let us know how this is working and especially when you throw in the thyro tabs and how much different you feel/look!

Ight....ME is working damn good. I only took in 70 gms of carbs yesterday and i got a nice ass pump. Plus i was a lil stronger on my lifts. Must be the CNS stimulation. I know it's not the venom cause i been on that for 5 weeks prior. Do anyone get DOMS on this??? I worked arms monday and there are just getting sore today. But for right now ME is tha sheeeezzznit. Next will be 30mg along with Orastan-A and Thyro-Tabs. I heard thats when the fun really begins.

I just bummped up to 30mg of M-E yesterday and I had a great workout. And after 2 weeks of being on this I can already feel a difference in my amrs and pecs.

Day four in tha pan...I decided to up the carbs cause i was looking flat until i hit the weights. So i made today and tomorrow a 300 gram carb day. I figured i might as well try something new since the ME is working so good. I'll start posting the workouts also.

I think that diet is porbley the part that everyonehas the hardest time with. I know that I eat great for like 4 or 5 days a week and then the other 2 I just fall off. During the week it is easy because I am lifting and I work my regular office job, but on the weekends I bounce at a bar so those types of hours makes it harder to eat liek we need to. So when you get off at 5am, your starving but dont feel like cooking an entire meal or something you do what you have to, ya know?
When are you planning on starting the thyrotabs?

Next week....along with the Orastan. I'm not really hitting the weights hard this week. I know adding extra hormones to your system is stress enuff so i'll take it easy on the weights for this week. But next week is when i'm gonna get down.

Had legs today.....felt real damn good....felt like a 65% effort workout. These weight felt light as hell. Can't weight for next week. I lost weight since yesterday (234 lbs). And i was sweating my ass off must have been those extra carbs i had. I was sweating all damn day after 1:00pm. But enuff of dat. Here's da workout, see ya'll Monday.

I didnt take an official weight before I started my cycle but last time I weighed myself before the cycle was about a week or 2 before hand and I was at 187 or so and now I am at 189.5. But I think that I was around 190 before cycle. Maybe I thought that I would have put on more LBs by know also. Who knows.

I actually decreased in weight also in the beginning, now slightly up again. LBM has definitely improved. Struggling with strength increases though, others do not seem to be?

B-Nat: Well, this is the first time this year I have lowered my carb in take. Normally I up my carbs in the winter and lower them in the spring/summer. I started to lower my carbs gradually March and have cut them even more this month now that I am on this cycle. Not really having a HUGE issue as far as energy goes, just wondering about the LB's and aboutthe lean/ripped look.

If you have carbs extremely low, be sure to get in a good carb day or cheat meal on the weekends
That is exactly what I do. Strict diet during the week(350gm of protein,2000 cals, 180-200gm carbs) and cheat on the weekends.

i read in here that Orastan A itself makes you feel like you can just keep on going ,good stamina + some strenght , are you feeling the effects of it? + methyl-E it seems to be a good comdo

That is right, lost about 4 lbs in the first two weeks-did watch diet though, now my weight is starting to increase. I would not fixate on the scale, it can be deceiving sometimes.

Lol....man it's all gravy man. That's what we all are here for, to get and give info. My first week on Methyl -E has come to a close and i must say I absolutly love this compound. I mean it reminds me of a stronger version of 1-AD with no sides. I haven't gotten any sides, no back pumps, no acne, nothing. So far, so good. I haven't gained any scale weight, but my vascularity is showing with true colors. This is a damn good compund for pre contest or cutting. Only thing is my strength hasn't sky rocketed like somepeople talk about. But it's only been a week...hell real stuff don't even act that fast. But anyway's here ya'll go..

I took my first serving of thyro-tab last night and i was warm the whole night. My gurl snuggled up to me cause she said i felt like a heater. So it seems to be doing what it do. Woke up feeling good and hungry as hell!!!!!!Swear i felt like a damn african kid minus the flies. Guzzled down sheeet load of water...took my ME,OA,Venom,Thyros, still feeling the heat which is cool. Hit arms today and it was a awesome workout. Only had 120 grms of carbs yesterday and the pump i felt today felt like offseason carb fest type stuff. Me and OA are doing tha damn thing, getting more defined. Lookin pretty think there man. I am very curious to see what you look like when you are done with the cycle and see how much, if any, more ripped you get!
Just curious though, do you think the pumps you are getting like when you said it was hard to bend your arm to shave, is just from teh M-E, or because of the combo of the M-E, OA and thyrotabs? I am taking M-E now and thyrogen X with it and am at 30 mg per day split in 3 doeses and I dont get pumps like that. My arms are a little tighter but not to the extent you are talking about. i am also in my 3rd week, so maybe I have not been on it long enough yet?

Thanks B-nat, I been at this for 10 years...so I hope I would somewhat like a bodybuilder. I did 1-Ad a few years back but that's it. I'm like a damn needlephob so theres no way in hell I'll use real stuff. This is my first prosteroid cycle....not really focusing on mass just wanna stay real full and lose fat.

Day 9
Today was hammies and calves......Thyro-tabs are doing their job, to well i think. I am so damn depleted i felt tired in the middle of my workout. But the strength is there. It was a ight workout, I'm just gonna add some more carbs to combat the tabs.
Workout:
Superset
SLD deadlift 225 x 20, 315 x 12, 335 x 10, 315 x 10, 315 x 10, 225 x 15
Leg Ext. 110 x 30, 160 x 20, 160 x 20, 160 x 20, 170 x 20, 160 x 15
Seated calf raises 5 sets of 30 with 200
Diet:
600am: 10mg ME, 1 New Venom, 1 Thyro-Tab, 50 mg Orastan
640am: 2 scoop Whey Isolate, mixed with a 1/2 gallon of water sipped while working out.
800am: (post workout) 2 scoop Whey Isolate, 100 grms WMS
1000am: 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 fish oil
1130am: 10mg ME, 1 New Venom, 1 Thyro-Tab (Plyo class)
100pm: 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 fish oil
2:30pm 50 mg Orastan
3:00pm 3 scoop Mixed Protein, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 fish oil
4:30pm 1 Thyro-Tab
5:00pm 7 oz Tuna, 2 cups spinach, 2 fish oil
8:00pm 6 oz Chicken, 1 cup green beans, 6 fish oil
9:45pm 10 mg ME
10:15pm 2 scoop Matrix, 2 fish oil
I'm dropping almost all fat from my diet for 2 weeks, since my body got use to 80+ grams aday the fat burning enzymes shouyld be going full bore. So i should see weight lose without much weight change. Trust me it works wonders. I'll keep these macros for a while to see how my body reacts, I got chest and mid back 2morrow so we'll see how the extra carbs take.
Just a side thought, I just want ya'll to know that I appreciate ya'll stopping by and checking out my log. I hope this will help others make better desicions when it comes to cutting phases. Adios peeps.......

You said the thyrotabs are deffinetly working. Can you tell because you are noticing more cuts and deffinetion since you started them, or what? Why do you think they thyro tabs are making you tired? Ever considered just drinking an energy drink, or taking some caffeine pills perworkout? Are your muscles still feeling rock hard and getting plenty of deffinetion with the M-E, O-A and thyrotabs?
Also, just curious. Have you ever tried a real AAS cycle, and if so how would you compare this current cycle and results to a real AAS cycle?

I'm more alot more vascular and the veins on my waist are more pronounced. As for the real AAS question, I'm a pansy ass...never used real roids. Did 1 cycle of 1-AD in 2003, but thats it. The reason the thyro-tabs are making me tired is cause i didn't figure in the increased oxidation of blood glucose when you increase your thyroidal output. Some i increased my carbs and dropped the fat from my diet. I think it's still to early to make any claims on the Orastan, but i am a lil denser and the vascularity is crazy for as low my carbs are (120 - 170 grms).

So basically you are loking more defined and cut with added vascularity and your muscles look more dense? And are you noticing this more since you added in the thyrotabs or this is just overall for the entire cycle?

The Thyro -tabs increase my body heat and i lost a lil water weight. But i think it's still kinda early to tell really. Gimmie prolly until next week then i'll be able to give a better assesment.

Make this short and sweet. If your watch your diet closely, watch the ingredients of your supplements also. The new venom has kidney bean extract in it. Kidney bean stops your body from digesting carbs. (i.e. WMS) I was wondering why i felt bloated after my postworkout shake, it was the kidney bean. I was wondering why i was feeling that pumped feeling 30 minutes after i drank my shake. So today i took some Lipodrene with the rest of my pre workout supps and bingo no bloat, and i got that pumped feeling.

I do the same thing. I take 1 lipodrene right before I lift and the energy and pumps I have are AWESOME! I work out inthe evening after working 8 hours and sitting in 1.5 hours of traffic in Atlanta, so needless to say I need that extra energy push once I get to the gym. By the way, yesterday i took 40mg of M-E and I had an awesome workout. Felt stong on every evercise, and felt like I could just keep going and going!!

The older Venom was a lot better in my opinion. I like that wired on crack feeling it gave me. This new formula isn't as strong.
