iv always quit working out on tuesday with a light body circuit. trust me you will be sore the rest of the week with the sodium depleat. i see your not really carb depleating? it looks pretty good tho. i find easy walking outside to be realy good the last week to reduce stress and get my mind off things. it also helps remove water.

I think I stopped on wed, and i stopped cardio a little early as well, but i'd take out the cardio as well, or make it EXTREMELY low intensity, don't want your striations to be lookin like they're startin to disappear. mine didn't really show till saturday night, it sucked, and I've heard that cardio can flatten them out

Yeah, by light cardio, I do mean light. 10-15 minute jog in the morning.
