Problem areas IMO: Chest, Tri's, TRAPS! Lower chest needs some hammerin, Tri's need some more fullness, and TRAPS need to exist bro! HEAVY SHRUGS! Make em pop em out as much as possible to dude. Maybe hit the legs? I couldnt tell to well.

The last 2 pics in the 8 weeks out-abs look real good for 8 weeks to go and the rear double bi-best pic. Looks real good.

thanx guys. and dude i hit those traps so hard but nuthing shows! it sucks. same with chest. it just wont grow. im also holding a lot of fat around the chest, lower back and sides, and legs. my tri's actually overwhelm my bi's although it dosnt show in these. now i know exactly what im gona focus on tho for the next 6weeks with my 2x a week split

MU: Looking good so far.

You still have 8 weeks so just keep hammering away slow and steady.

Your back is your best bodypart, and your traps are fine, but I would like to see a crab MM to see how they stand on your shoulders.

Abs are great! your abs are symmetrical and well proportioned, mine are shaped quite differently.

Overall, yes the lower chest needs some work, up the decline pressing and dips.

As for shrugs: This will work for that:
3 sets on Smith Machine: Start doing bent rows and go till failure (bring the bar up to youre neck and squeeze the hell out of the top of your back. Once you reach failure, stand up straight and do strict slow shrugs on the same bar. Do 3 sets like this and within weeks you will see your upper back start to seperate. :D

well guess what...today is shoulders day! so im gona try exactly what you suggested. i was checken myself out in the mirror and i was noticing just how far apart my muscle tigh-ins with bone are. like my chest is far apart, so are my traps. iv also got dipps worked into my new program so il just do some extreme shocking with that as well.

il get a crab pic up here soon

Your pics look like you're about 4weeks out, and as far as what to pick on, I'd say nothing right now, thats all a mindf*** never ask that. right now your mind may be fine, but a few checks in the mirror and u may question whether or not u need to focus on this more or that more. take your pics at a week out or a few days out, post em after the show, then there can be a critique.

ya i hear ya but the only reason i did this is to show my progress and there is still time to change some things so i wanted to get opinions for those changes. im going to canstantly try to improve up to the last 2 week then its chill and refine till show day.

omg man my traps are gona fall off. so the only thing i found bad with that exersize is the weight i can row is way to little for shrugging. id do like 25 reps with row(failure) then i would go all day on shrugs. any suggestions? it was also a major bi burner.

I wouldnt worry about that. Im sure you will find a balance. For me I warm up with 45's on each side, then I add a 25 for my working sets.

You need to focus more on squeezing the upper back and rear delts when rowing and leave the bi's out of it. Its fine that youre reps are a little high.

My sets when I do those are usually 12-16 rows, and 12-16 shrugs. When I do the shrugs I hold the peak contraction and let down slow. SOOOOO many people do shrugs completely wrong and use way too much weight. Make it hurt, make it burn. Hold the contraction on each rep and I guarantee once you get to 10 or 11 you will be begging to drop it.
