Special K, protein plus...low carb

I found this cereal cause sometime my meal number 2 needs to be quick....I'm sure we all have one of these!:D
Check it out:
3/4 cup (dry{no milk})
100 cals
3g fat......(.5 sat. fat)
14 carbs.....(5g Fiber; 2g sugars; 7g other)
10g protein

I figured everyone might like to check it out. It tastes great! (I only eat on my higher carb days{workout days})

iv actually tried it out on myself. iv eaten over 60-70g a day of soy(consistently for well over 2 months) and noticed no effects like that of extra estrogen. iv also eaten none for awial and noticed the same diff.
