Pancakes!
3/4 cup oats (8/40/3.5)
3/4 cup FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE (21/8/0)
6-7 egg whites (21/0/0)
tbsp pb (4/3/8) ***spread on cakes later***
cinnamon, vanilla extract
total: 523.5 cals, 54p/51c/11.5f
Put it in a blender and blend it up. Top with some blueberries, or strawberries, ect. Can also add some whey to the mix. Basically just play with it. I have even done a little lower carb version:
1/2 cup each of oats and cottage cheese, 4 egg whites, big scoop whey/mpi blend, cinnamon, vanilla extract. Then you are looking at around 30g carbs.

I eat it plain. Sometimes I add Mrs. Dash (original).
I have tried rinsing it and then adding cinnamon. Never again.

I think tomatoes are the only thing I have ever tried cottage cheese with. I usually eat it on the side with breakfast or by itself in the evening.

I really wish I actually liked the stuff. I gag everytime though... lol When I was little I was force fed cottage cheese and sweet potatoes, so I have this instinct of puking from them. I have grown to like sweet potatoes a bit, but the cottage cheese kicks my ass soooo bad. Thanks for the help so far guys, I have to guy buy a few tubs and try this stuff and hopefully find something I enjoy eating. Thanks again guys.

Try it with Manderan oranges, it rocks.
Do that and eat some almonds on the side. Like 1/8 a cup or so. This will keep the index down. I can eat at least a cup or two this way.
Or with pepper and tomato, thats good as well.

If you really dont like cottage cheese, do you like ricotta cheese? it has a lot of protein as well. make some pizzas with it.
1 whole wheat pita
1/4 cup of ricotta
grilled chicken slices
mozzarella cheese.
I am pretty sure it is self explanatory what to do with the ingredients...but it is good. add some herbs or something to it or to the chicken because it is bland without...
I know it said cottage cheese...but this stuff is just as good...
