Does anyone's back ever feel sore the next day after llifting? Mine rarely feels sore except my traps. My workout for my back is good but i dont feel it. Is it suppose to feel like a good chest where your hurting the next day? Thanks

most of my body parts dont hurt until 2 days after, but my back is never really that sore. i can defintely tell for a couple of days i have worked it out but not like chest like you said. the only parts of my back that get real sore like my chest are my lats and traps.

ok i was just curious cause my back get stronger buti want it more meaty in a way. I was just making sure it should or shouldnt get super sore

the smaller muscles in my back get really sore as go my traps (mid and upper) and erector spinae group, my lats hardly ever do.

Nothing to me ever gets as sore as chest

The lats are recruited in bench presses to some degree so one way to bench bigger is to work your lats also.

Chiropractors come in handy too.
