Today i started my cycle. IT consists of X-factor, Hyperdrol X2, Smash, and MAN clout.
(2 bottles - 50 days)X-Factor: 1 morning, 2 preworkout, 1 night
(1 bottle - 30 days) Hyperdrol X2: After taking X-F for a week i will start this with the x-f. 1morning, 1lunch, 1preworkout, 1night.
Smash: 1 scoup preworkout 30 days.
Clout: After my 30days of Smash i will begin this.
-I will also be taking: glucosamine/chondriotin liquid formula, Multi-vitamins, and Vitamin C.
IF anyone has any recommendations on if i should be taking something a different way please let me know.
Ill just be posting these stats and keep you updated on my weight.
- I am currently 6'4", 200lbs, about 7-8% bodyfat.
Today i did Biceps but i wasnt feeling great so i decided not to do my back.
Energy: 6 - It was ok but i didn't get enough sleep over the weekend.
Endurance: 6 - It was okay
Strength: 7 -meh nothing special, just the usual
Pumps: 7 - I'm Loving the pump and taste of SMASH but today still wasnt a good day.
